We hope you are delighted with your purchase!

However, if you wish to return your order for a refund, please note you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lingerie items must be unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. We don't do the return or refund of any panties or stockings, and the products in sell.


You need to contact us at to inform us in advance your returns with the number of order. Articles must be returned in perfect condition for re-sale. If a free item or other gift was offered with your order, this must be returned to Elfie at the same time, otherwise the return request cannot be processed. 

Returns that do not comply with the Elfie returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

We will send you a notification email as soon as we receive the items returned to our returns department. The refund will be credited about 2 working days from receiving and confirming your return, via the same method of payment that you used when purchasing the item.


We only offer size exchanges on the same product. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch with us.
